How to begin

DEVsource will perform an initial consultation to discuss the project with customer. Based on this consultation DEVsource will provide a cost estimate on the Envisioning and Planning Phases.

Envisioning and Planning Phases are performed on a time and material.

DEVsource will provide a Firm Cost Estimate at the end of the Planning Phase.

DEVsource can be used to perform the Envisioning Phase and just develop the Vision/Scope document for your project. This allows you to determine and document the value a solution would provide your company and can be used to justify the project. DEVsource could also be hired to do the Planning Phase and then the work could be performed in house or by some other organization.
