Mike is a seventh-generation Calloway County native with family roots that run deep in Western Kentucky. A graduate of Calloway County High School and Murray State University, Mike's engineering career took him to companies such as Continental General Tire and Bridgestone/Firestone where he developed a track record of consistent process improvement and cost savings leadership for factories around the world which culminated in the prestigious CEO award at Bridgestone/Firestone in 1997. Although Mike loved the challenges of Engineering in the Manufacturing industry, he saw an opportunity growing in the late 1990s to enter the Information Technology field. Technology had been a passion of his for many years and he had worked hard during college and afterward expanding his IT skills while maintaining a career in Engineering. Seeing an opportunity to return to his hometown, Mike transitioned his career to full-time IT in 1999 and has never looked back.

Mike founded DevSource LLC in 2001 and has been extremely proud to continue growing and expanding the company right here in Murray, KY. DevSource LLC makes it a priority to continually give back to the community that has been so good to it. The company supports many non-profits through volunteering time, talents and financial gifts. In addition, the company maintains close relationships with Murray State and area High Schools by giving many students the opportunity to experience an IT company firsthand. Mike is a past Board Chairman of the Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as a board member. Additionally, Mike serves as a board member of the Angels Community Clinic.

He lives with his wife, Effie, and their two boys, Noah and Gavin, in Murray. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, biking, community involvement activities, and has a passion for reading.

Brandon is from a small town in Southern Illinois. After enrolling in the Cisco program as well as Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 training at Vienna High School, he decided to pursue a college degree at Shawnee Community College. During his time at Shawnee Community College, Brandon was a member of Phi Beta Lambda and was awarded 1st place in a statewide networking competition and 7th in the national competition. A year after starting college he began working in Information Systems at a small engineering company in Vienna. He had formal training in Cisco and Microsoft NT 4.0 in high school, as well as plenty of personal time building, repairing, and learning about computers with his uncle who was very well versed in computing.

After graduating from Shawnee Community College with an AAS in Computers and Networking, he remained as a full-time employee as the administrator for the network at the engineering company. During that time they had a sister company that provided network and computer consulting which provided him with the opportunity to do retail sales. He maintained this position for one year after graduation until his decision to attend Murray State University. At Murray State University, Brandon earned a Bachelor's of Science in Telecommunications Systems Management and was the recipient of the 2006 Senior of the Year award for Telecommunications Systems Management. Brandon joined the DEVsource team in 2006 and is now the President, managing all day-to-day aspects of the Company.
