DEVsource Employee Achieves DCAT Certification

Murray, Ky. – DEVsource technician, Ethan Reddick, has recently earned become a Datto Certified Advanced Technician (DCAT).

According to Datto, Inc., an innovative provider of comprehensive backup, recovery, and business continuity solutions, partners with DCAT Certified technicians are increasingly more capable at managing and maintaining the entire range of Datto devices. This is not only good news for DEVsource, but for all clients as well. Technicians with this certification are more confident and quicker to serve clients directly when they are in need.

“I was really glad to be given the chance to get this certification,” says Reddick. “It allowed me to get some in-depth knowledge about the program and our clients will be better protected in case of disasters.”

DCAT provides technicians with detailed instruction on how to traverse file systems, Datto specific processes, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting. Reddick will now be able to handle any client’s problem thrown his way.

“Datto is a very strategic partnership for us,” says DEVsource CEO Mike Hopkins. “The industry-leading backup and disaster recovery solution from Datto provides our clients with the business protection they need. With Ethan achieving this advanced technical certification, our team is even more capable and proficient when dealing with backup and disaster recovery solutions.”
